CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointment Policy No-shows and cancellations made within 12 hours will be charged the full service amount. Please arrive on time. We allow a 15-minute grace period. Arrivals 10–15 minutes late may result in appointment cancellation and will be treated as a no-show or late cancellation. By booking, you agree to these policies.
